Founding Account Executive — AI Compliance & Risk, Financial Services

We’re building the AI compliance layer for financial services, helping banks and financial institutions adopt AI safely across risk, legal and compliance.

Backed by tier 1 investors, already live with some of the largest financial institutions in the UK and EU.

Looking for a founding sales hire to run consultative, end to end sales processes with CCOs and compliance leaders at banks, fintech’s and financial institutions.

You’ll help build our GTM playbook from the ground up, working directly with the founders.

What you’ll do

• Run full sales cycles from lead generation to close
• Sell AI led compliance, risk and legal solutions into senior compliance stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships with CCOs and compliance leaders
• Shape our GTM strategy as a founding commercial hire

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable in a fast paced, high growth start-up environment
• Genuine interest in AI and where it’s heading in compliance/Governance
• Compliance or RegTech sector exposure a plus, not required
