Aviation Security Officer

Permanent Full‑Time role.

Location: Liverpool Airport.

Hours: 5 days a week with various shifts.

Pay: £12.71 hourly rate.

About the Role

As an Aviation Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Screen passengers and baggage to ensure safety with thorough checks.
  • Control access, monitoring secure areas and verifying IDs and travel documents.
  • Patrol the airport, keeping airside and landside areas safe through regular foot patrols.
  • Guide passengers, offering assistance with navigation, baggage and electronics.
  • Provide excellent service, resolving queries with professionalism and care.
  • Stay alert and compliant, following security protocols and recording incidents accurately.
  • Respond to emergencies quickly to ensure safety during unexpected situations.

Eligibility & Background Checks

  • Minimum 5 years of UK residency.
  • Pass a 5‑year checkable background verification.
