Academy Support Manager – Overview

The role requires the candidate to work with a designated number of clubs, supporting them in the delivery of their Academy Performance Plan and ensuring the Academy experience is positive for all academy players. The candidate will also contribute to the Football Development department’s delivery of the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP), which aims to develop home‑grown players and promote positive outcomes for academy participants.

Responsibilities

• Work with a designated number of clubs to support the delivery of their Academy Performance Plan.
• Provide ongoing support to clubs, ensuring a positive academy experience for all academy players.
• Contribute to the delivery of the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) objectives.
