Recruitment Consultant | Industrial Temps
Location: 3rd Floor, Tyler’s House, Tylers Avenue, Southend on Sea, SS1 2BB
Salary: £27,500 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following your induction period
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and developing relationships with industrial clients across Southend and the surrounding areas
- Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Taking job briefs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
- Sourcing, attracting and engaging high‑quality candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
- Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references
- Delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates

Who We’re Looking For
- Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing or a related sector
- Strong business development and relationship building skills
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Driven, resilient and motivated to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
