Family Help Worker – CMB2577e

Salary: £34,434 to £35,412 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Various Locations, including Carlisle and Workington

Contract: Permanent

About this opportunity

As a Family Help Worker, you will thrive in a fast‑paced and rewarding role where you support children and empower families to achieve positive outcomes. You will work closely with partner agencies, undertake assessments and lead plans that help children reach their full potential.

You will build strong and trusting relationships with families, carry out child‑centred assessments, and deliver evidence‑based interventions, parenting support, and child development programmes. Working across homes, schools, and community settings, you will ensure the voices of children and young people are central to all planning.
