East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a Deputy Head of Inclusive Learning for Support at EKC Canterbury College to shape an outstanding inclusive learning support service that enables learners with additional needs to thrive within the curriculum.

You will lead a dedicated team, provide line management to Inclusive Learning Team Leaders and SEND Officers, drive continuous improvement through coaching, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering in-service training to colleagues.
