About Us

At Greensleeves Care we deliver exceptional 24‑hour residential, dementia and nursing care to older people across our 26 care homes in England. As a Home Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain a warm, caring environment geared to meeting individual needs and providing the opportunity for maximum independence, respecting the rights to privacy, freedom of choice and personal expression.
  • Maintain all legal and statutory records, including insurance certificates and registration. Investigate complaints, compile reports and take appropriate action. Liaise and cooperate with CQC inspectors to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure all records required by the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and subsequent legislation are accurate and up to date and available for inspection.
  • Oversee staffing requirements and recruit suitable employees for the team.
  • Ensure effective inductions and that training needs for the team are identified and met.
  • Carry out regular supervisions, assessments, lead team meetings, ensuring a friendly and supportive caring environment.

To apply, you will need:

  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (e.g., RMA)
  • Experience as a Registered Manager
  • Experience managing a care/nursing home for older people
  • Experience working with budgets and business plans
  • Appropriate levels of skill in Maths & English

The successful applicant will be appointed subject to providing evidence of ISA first and enhanced DBS disclosure. This post is not subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
