We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic food and beverage supervisor to join the team at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
Role Overview
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will help create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our dining areas, bars, and service spaces are presented and operated to the highest standards. With meticulous attention to detail you will oversee the smooth delivery of food and drink service, ensure tables are beautifully set, service stations are fully stocked, and premium food and beverage offerings are presented with care and consistency. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to an unforgettable and memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the team on the floor, assist with service supervision and uphold the reputation for outstanding hospitality and quality service.
- Oversee the smooth delivery of food and drink service in dining areas, bars and service spaces.
- Ensure dining areas, bars and service stations are presented and operated to the highest standards.
- Maintain a high level of service excellence and consistency during 40 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekends.
- Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
