Site Services Engineering Lead

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking an experienced Site Services Engineering Team Leader to uphold reliable operation of site services, utilities and facilities on a 4 on, 4 off day shift. You will lead a team of eight engineers, drive preventative maintenance and support continuous improvement for safe, high-quality production.

You will combine hands-on engineering with people leadership, planning and collaboration across departments to maintain equipment availability and energy efficiency.
