Waste Services Supervisor: Lead Frontline Teams

Coventry City Council is seeking a frontline supervisor for its Waste Services Team. You will lead crews delivering household, recycling and garden waste collections, and support service planning and innovation.

You will monitor performance, ensure safety standards, manage attendance, and help drive continuous improvement. A full driving licence is required, and Saturday rotas are possible.
