ERP Finance Lead: Strategy, Governance & Data

McLaren Racing seeks a Finance Lead to own the end-to-end finance solution within the ERP programme. The role partners with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and implementation partners to deliver robust financial control, reporting, and standardised processes.

The postholder will design core finance processes, govern data models, and ensure alignment with accounting standards, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting. Hybrid work with 3 days onsite at MTC is offered.
