Bodyshop Advisor & Customer Experience Lead

Vertu Accident Repair Centre Doncaster is seeking a Bodyshop Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers and insurers. You will organise and book repairs, coordinate work within the Bodyshop, and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role requires prior customer service experience, strong IT skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment is essential.
