You will lead workforce planning, recruitment, organisational development and staff engagement, whilst supporting Practice Managers to develop collaborative approaches that improve resilience and patient care. The role will oversee performance monitoring, risk management, quality improvement and delivery of Network Contract DES requirements and locally commissioned services.
A key aspect of the role is building trusted relationships across member practices and with external partners, including the Integrated Care Board, community providers, local authorities and voluntary sector organisations. You will use data, insight and innovation to support service transformation, improve outcomes and help ensure the PCN continues to deliver high-quality, patient-centred neighbourhood healthcare.
