Data-Driven Attendance & Exclusions Lead

Lift Schools is seeking an exceptional Attendance and Exclusion Lead to join our national safeguarding and Education team and support our trust-wide approach to attendance across our network of 59 schools, educating more than 35,000 pupils.

You will lead attendance improvement across schools, oversee suspensions and exclusions, and use data and coaching to drive lasting improvement. Build trusted relationships with school leaders to deliver positive outcomes for children and families.
