M&E & Compliance Manager – Housing Safety & Assets

North Devon Homes in Barnstaple is seeking an experienced Mechanical, Electrical (M&E) and Compliance Manager to lead our landlord compliance function and safeguard the safety of our homes and residents.

You will oversee gas, electrical, water hygiene, lifts, fire safety and asbestos compliance, managing contractors and delivering programmes on time and within budget while developing compliant systems and reporting to senior management.
