Care Home Deputy Manager — Lead & Develop Your Team

Agincare is seeking a Deputy Manager in Chatham, Kent to lead the care team and ensure safe, person-centred care while supporting the Registered Manager in daily operations.

The role requires 12 months’ UK work rights, team leadership experience, a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), and knowledge of CQC frameworks. Expect 42 hours per week, including weekends, with a competitive salary and benefits.
