SEND Casework Manager: Lead EHCP & Tribunal Outcomes

North Yorkshire Council is seeking a SEND Casework Manager to lead a team of EHC Casework Officers and ensure statutory duties for children and young people with SEND are met. The role focuses on leading statutory assessment, annual reviews and EHCP processes with a child-centred approach.

You will work with schools, health colleagues and families to secure appropriate provision and positive outcomes, including representing the LA in mediation, dispute resolution and SEND Tribunal proceedings.
