Shift Manager – FMCG Operations Leader (Rotating Shifts)

Humdinger in Bromborough is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced FMCG food manufacturing environment. The role focuses on performance, safety and quality, with rotating shifts and a 39-hour week.

You will manage about 30 operators and 2 supervisors, oversee daily operations, KPI reporting, and labour planning, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining GMP, food safety and health and safety standards.
