Night-Shift Tray Set Supervisor — Luxury Airline Catering

DO & CO is seeking a skilled supervisor for the tray set-up department in its luxury airline catering operation. You will lead a team, manage day-to-day activities, and coordinate with Kitchen, Pastry, Assembly, Stores, and Planning to meet targets and uphold DO & CO quality.

Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, health and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement, while providing reports on productivity and performance to management.
