Site Agent – Northern Sea Defence Lead

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Site Agent to deliver a major Sea Defence Improvement Scheme in Stallingborough, North East Lincolnshire. The role oversees site operations from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities include leading site teams, managing subcontractors, and coordinating design and project controls. Requires NEC4 knowledge, CSCS, SMSTS, and a track record in civil engineering and flood/heritage defence
