Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing during your shift.
• Prioritise member satisfaction, engaging with members and fostering strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits of Nuffield Health.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo on‑site training to cover lifeguard breaks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• A “can do” attitude and passion for excellent customer service.
• Ability to work shift‑based schedule, including opening and closing duties.
• Willingness to undergo swim and lifeguard training if required.
