Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high‑performing team to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Manage all aspects of the hotel experience, from health & safety standards to guest service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience leading teams in a retail or similar environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Leadership experience, with emphasis on motivating and developing staff.
• Immediate availability possible with relevant leadership experience.
