Customer Operations Specialist: Orders & Fulfillment

Baxters Food Group in Fochabers is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator for a permanent, full-time role. You will support the Customer Operations team by maintaining accurate customer profiles, processing orders, and ensuring timely despatch in line with forecasts and MOQs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Despatch, Planning, Operations and Technical, communicating effectively with internal teams and external customers to deliver high service levels from order to fulfilment.
