Oliver Bonas is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader for a 12 month fixed term contract in our Support Office. The role is full time, with a Tue–Sat shift pattern, and hybrid working from Tolworth, near Chessington, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
You will support the Customer Service Manager, lead the team to meet SLAs, coach advisors, develop processes, and drive AI-based improvements across channels while maintaining GDPR and Consumer Rights compliance.
