Gemba-Driven Operations Improvement Lead

The Bike Club is looking for a continuous improvement manager to drive lean initiatives across our Rainham warehouse, refurbishment, and fulfilment operations. This hands-on role rewards data-driven problem solving on the warehouse floor, with a strong focus on cycle time, throughput, and on-time dispatch.

You’ll lead kaizen sessions, map end-to-end value streams, and roll out standard work and 5S. Ideal candidates have a degree in industrial engineering/logistics and practical ops exposure,
