Strategic Programme Manager – Reservoirs

Shape and drive strategic priorities, turning long-term vision into actionable delivery plans.

Lead high-impact initiatives, working across multiple directorates and workstreams.

Provide senior-level insight and challenge, supporting effective decision-making across the programme.

Act as a key connector across the organisation, ensuring alignment between delivery, corporate functions and external partners.

Represent and deputise for the Programme Director, engaging with senior stakeholders and industry partners.

Requirements

• Experience in major capital programmes or complex project environments
• Strong strategic thinking and programme delivery capability
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and influence decisions
• Confidence managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Ability to distil complex information into clear insight and action
• Excellent communication skills and the credibility to operate at senior levels
