International client with over 10,000 employees is looking for 2 Business Analysts to join their excellent Business Analysis team. Some internal structural changes mean there are some very exciting, meaty, and challenging projects to get stuck into for 2021/2022. As a Business Analyst, we are looking for someone who likes to think of themselves as a Critical Thinker, not scared to ask why and challenge when appropriate. We are not looking for a ‘Yes, Man or Woman’.
The Business Analyst will be working on the development of cutting‑edge enterprise level software projects for this multi‑billion‑dollar company.
Working as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met. The role includes the delivery of activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis or specification or user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.
You will join a fantastic team where there is no VIP, irrelevant of time served, a team where you back each other up and support/mentor when projects get tough as they sometimes do.
Any recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS will be highly advantageous as well as knowledge of the Agile methodology. They also offer flexi‑working. This company invests in training, both internal/external courses for all BAs.
Salary & Benefits: up to 35‑45K + 25 days holiday. Role is based in East Midlands, easily commutable from Derby, Chesterfield and Nottingham. Office‑based role with home working one day a week.
