Hands-On Food Production Leader (Temp-to-Perm)

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a motivated Production Line Leader near Royston to join a busy food manufacturing facility. This hands-on role requires leading by example, supporting the production team, and helping ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The position is temporary to permanent with full training and development. You’ll monitor performance, carry out quality checks, liaise with other departments, and promote a safe working environment.
