Group Schools Operations Manager – Catering & Teams

Caterlink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a group of schools, including primary, secondary and college settings. This is a 52‑week, Monday–Friday role requiring strong catering and operational management and an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Salary depends on experience. You will lead and mentor teams, build strong client relationships, provide hands‑on support as needed, and drive KPIs on health & safety, retention, quality and finance.
