• Operationally manage and monitor specific Aerospace, Defense and Freight Management accounts.• Support, monitor and assure operational excellence is delivered for specific Aerospace key accounts with a focus on event availability, order due alerts, customer defined KPI’s, overall data quality, EDI compliance, etc…• Develop and deliver strategic account plans aligned to both customer goals and DSV objectives.• Identify additional revenue opportunities to increase DSV’s share of wallet• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision ‑ makers and influencers
Requirements
- Proven background in a client-facing management role within Aerospace/Defense/ Freight or a related sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical ability with experience in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, and account development strategies.
- Proficient in English and skilled in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A collaborative team player able to work effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies.
- Highly organised, structured, and confident in decision making, presentations, and working with deadlines.
