Responsibilities

Lead a reliable, high‑performing team to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. Your duties will include:

• Managing health & safety standards and overall guest experience
• Overseeing day‑to‑day hotel operations and staff schedules
• Communicating effectively with guests and service teams
• Driving a welcoming, safe and brilliant “famous hotel experience” for every guest

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading teams, preferably in a retail or similar environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff towards outstanding customer service
• Immediate availability for start date
