Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong Facilities Management (FM) background? We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded professional to oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving business growth.
This is a mobile role, with travel expenses paid, offering the opportunity to work with a growing and ambitious FM business.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Total Facilities Management (TFM) and Hard Services contracts, building strong client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized FM contracts
- Deliver high-quality service across both TFM and Hard Services contracts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure contracts meet KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements
- Manage budgets, performance, and profitability
- Lead and support engineers and subcontractors
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts
- Generate new business and achieve agreed sales targets
- Carry out regular client and site visits
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the Facilities Management sector
- Strong background managing both TFM and Hard Services contracts
- Commercially focused with experience in upselling and business development
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial and operational management experience
