Retail Department Lead – Part-Time

Halfords is seeking a part-time Retail Team Leader in Bristol to manage a department, coach colleagues, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will be part of the sales floor leadership, supporting the store management in service delivery and operations.

You will lead by example, meet sales targets, and bring enthusiasm for our motoring and cycling products. Training will be provided to develop your management career within the group.
