Technical Contracts Lead (Hard FM & Compliance)

Dalkia UK is seeking an Assistant Contract Manager (Technical Bias) to join the team at the University of Lincoln. You will work with the Contract Manager to deliver hard facilities management services across the estate, acting as the technical lead to ensure compliance and safety while guiding engineering teams.

You will coordinate maintenance activities, oversee small works, and support the team in meeting KPI targets, contract SLAs, and customer expectations.
