National Estimator & Commercial Manager (Site Surveys)

Projects One Limited in Reading is seeking an estimator/commercial manager for a full-time role in the Reading area, with travel to customer sites nationwide.

You will help prepare and manage tenders, attend surveys, liaise with clients and subcontractors, monitor budgets and schedules, and maintain clear contract records. This role requires strong Excel and project management skills and the ability to work across teams.
