Property Condition Data Analyst (Hybrid)

Office Angels in Leicester LE2 is seeking a Stock Condition Co-ordinator for a temporary hybrid role. You will conduct detailed inspections of properties to assess their condition, collect and analyse data, and collaborate with maintenance teams to plan timely repairs.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week), with a pay rate of £13.65 per hour. You will maintain records, engage with tenants and stakeholders, and help develop property-improvement strategies.
