Evening Production Process Leader – Training & Overtime

Avara Foods is seeking a Process Leader at our Wednesbury site to drive production efficiency, safety and quality. You will manage production processes and staff to meet targets and ensure documentation and training are up to date.

You’ll oversee staffing, KPI reporting, rota planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining strong teamwork and communication across shifts. The role offers weekly pay, overtime, and development opportunities.
