Strategic Planning & Performance Lead (Hybrid)

Turn2us in London is seeking a role that acts as the engine of our planning cycle. You will coordinate the annual operational plan and quarterly OKRs with senior leaders and Trustees, translating priorities into clear commitments and reporting on delivery throughout the year.

You will own the planning tools, drive governance and communications, and help colleagues learn from our performance while coordinating major events like Board Away Day and All Staff Day.
