Operations Analyst — AM Systems & Data Health Lead

Zinc is seeking an Operations Analyst to own the continuous operational layer of Account Management, including systems, data quality, and process health. You will maintain and improve existing workflows, while ensuring AM remains focused on relationships and revenue.

Based in London, you will sit in Core Ops and partner with the AM team, owning live processes, triaging issues, and applying pragmatic improvements to keep systems healthy over time.
