Youth Employment Advisor — Inclusive Pathways to Work

Unity Works in London is seeking an Employment Advisor – Youth Team to join our client-facing team in Southwark. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027, with a salary of £31,866.09 per annum.

You will work with young people aged 16-25, delivering tailored, person-centred advice and action plans while liaising with employers to unlock opportunities and create pathways to employment.
