Hybrid ERP Finance Lead — Strategy, Governance & Data

McLaren seeks a Finance Lead to define, govern and transform the end-to-end finance solution within its ERP programme. You will align the ERP with finance strategy, drive robust reporting, and standardise processes across the organisation.

Reporting to Finance Director, you will collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and partners to design and deliver a scalable ERP tool that meets regulatory and management reporting needs.
