We have an exceptional opportunity for an Automated Tester in the Derby area for a global software house within the finance industry. This role is ideal for an experienced or senior automated tester who wants to further their skills and lead a team. The position involves managing and developing a team, providing training, and contributing to projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of automated testers.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Write and maintain tests in C# (or Java) and work within BDD environments with Cucumber/Gherkin.
• Collaborate on project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficient coding in C# (Java experience also considered).
• Experience in automated testing for 3+ years.
• Background in BDD is a plus.
• Leadership experience is preferred for higher salary.

Benefits: Salary ranges between £40,000 and £50,000, with benefits depending on experience.
