Residential Development Engineer: Site & Infrastructure

Fawkes and Reece is recruiting an Engineer to join the Technical team delivering new build housing developments. You will manage the delivery of residential projects from conception through completion, providing engineering support to land teams and on-site managers.

Key duties include coordinating external consultants, ensuring timely information flow, and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC standards and highway design requirements.
