Compliance & Financial Crime Assistant (12-Month FTC)

Newbury Building Society in Newbury is seeking a Compliance Administrator for a 12-month FTC (maternity cover). The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, and focuses on monitoring transactions for potentially suspicious activity and supporting monthly and quarterly papers.

You will also handle Compliance mailbox queries and help ensure all actions meet set target dates within a friendly, small team environment.
