Strategic Demand Forecasting & Capacity Planner

Ayvens is seeking a Customer Contact Forecasting Analyst for our Bristol office. The role focuses on designing, building, and implementing forecasting and capacity models from the ground up to balance service performance with cost efficiency.

You will work with Planning Schedulers and Real-Time Coordinators to predict demand, translate insights into capacity requirements, and support key business decisions using data from operational and financial inputs.
