Apprentice Customer Service Officer (Parking & Permits)

BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL is recruiting for a Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2) apprenticeship within Parking Services. Apprentices will rotate across four teams including Blue Badge, Permits, Penalty Charge Notices, and Fraud, gaining practical experience over approximately 1 year 5 months.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. The role focuses on delivering a fair, inclusive service and developing customer service skills in a real-world council environment.
