Ops Manager (12-Month Hybrid) — Drive Data to Decisions

BIG Partnership is recruiting an Operations Manager on a 12-month fixed term basis. Based in Glasgow with hybrid working, you will keep the agency organized, coordinate meetings, manage the Synergist system, and produce operational and commercial reporting for leadership and delivery teams.

You’ll work closely with leadership, finance and delivery, mentoring by an Operations Executive, and help streamline processes while handling onboarding and cross-team requests.
