Overview
This is a 3PA Locum appointment for a Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) in Digital & IT.
There are opportunities for an outstanding senior leader to support the creation of a digital healthcare future in Leeds and beyond. The Locum Chief Clinical Information Officer role will be a maximum of a 3‑PAs job plan and will report directly to the CDIO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical, academic and commercial partnerships based on real‑world health data research.
- Manage large clinical data sets, for example those of cancer patients.
- Support the creation of a digital healthcare future in Leeds and beyond.
Role Details
- The post will be available from August 2026 for a period of 12 months.
- The post will be based at St Jamess.
Qualifications
- Successful applicants should be on the Specialist Register or within six months of being admitted to the Register for trainees if currently in a training programme within the UK.
- Applicants should have established experience in clinical, academic and commercial partnerships based on research, focussed on real‑world health data.
- Excellent communication and team‑working skills, a strong commitment to teaching and service development are essential.
