Retirement Living Care Assistant – Evening/Weekend Shifts

McCarthy & Stone are recruiting a Care Assistant to join Neptune House in Worthing, West Sussex. The role includes providing high-quality care, helping with housekeeping and apartment cleans, and supporting residents with appointments and transport.

It also involves encouraging participation in activities to promote health and wellbeing. The position offers part-time hours (16–20 per week) with an evening/weekend uplift up to £1.30 per hour.
