Frailty Unit Clinical Support Assistant

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a caring, patient‑focussed post holder to work within a multidisciplinary team, carrying out care duties in support of a registered nurse. The role involves maintaining hygiene, order and safety in the ward, with duties varying by ward and patient needs.

You will assist in preparing patients for procedures, help with admission, transfer and discharge, collect routine specimens and support supplies and housekeeping to ensure high quality patient care.
